Welcome to TMC Weather. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TMC Weather website (https://tmcweather.org/) and our mobile and TV applications (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TMC Weather grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to access our Services for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

The TMC Weather brand, logos, website design, and original content are the exclusive property of TMC Weather LLC. Third-party content, including weather data from Baron Weather and the National Weather Service, remains the property of those respective owners.

3. Third-Party Data

Our Services rely on data provided by Baron Weather and the National Weather Service. We do not control their networks or API availability. While we aim for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

4. Weather Data Disclaimer

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. TMC Weather provides information "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any radar imagery, alerts, or forecasts. DO NOT rely on these Services as your sole source of information for making life-safety decisions. During severe weather, always monitor official alerts from the National Weather Service (NWS) or local emergency management.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMC Weather LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from your reliance on the weather information provided. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Maryland.
